He selected 60 candidates who went through some rigorous employment runnels. The trainees were first asked to talk about intellectual nourishment while they were filmed simultaneously to judge their excitement and obsession about food. Then it started with the taste outpouring where they were subjected to rare answeres which they have never tasted and was judged upon their ability to sense the texture and flavour of the food.
